I have Paint.NET, it's free, and has basically the same tools at Photoshop, still not any good at it though..

CS4 is better IMO, not so used, but it's strange to go back to CS3 now..
Anyways.. Soon doing a new [PS] sig so look out.. :P

CS4 dreamweaver crashes constantly..
I might try and find a sable version of CS3, so I aint using photoshop cs4, cs3 is good enough for now..
